When someone tells their problem or difficulty, never think or say "i have been through worse times than yours" or "i have been through worst times than anyone else in this world", though you can say that you had been through bad times too.
So better not underestimate others' worries as you will never know the intensity of emotions involved.
If you are unable to understand their problem or give a proper suggestion, then better to give a listening ear atleast.
Also, when you are under stress, be open to suggestions and never think or say that none could understand you. If you intend to think like that and continue to be in your worse times, then better don't waste your time in complaining to people and making the world know that you are not doing fine.
